"Pick any other hotel. I’ve been to AC a few times and have stayed at other hotels on both sides of the city. To start, we stood in line to check in for over 45 minutes with no proper explanation. The entire property was not well ventilated that being in the non smoking areas still reeked of smoke. Make sure to confirm you are getting a non-smoking room because they won’t even bother to ask you and we were originally given a smoker room. After getting switched our floor which was supposed to be non smoking still had a strong cigarette odor. Our clothes were ruined even the ones we didn’t wear. The casino was fun and had games for all level of players but we noticed that homeless were entering and the hotel and security didn’t bother to kick them out. We called it a night early enough to not see how many entered. The morning came and house keeping tried to break in at around 9. I’m not exaggerating when I say break in. We had the do not disturb sign and locks in place but they opened it with their key and tried to push the door open even after noticing the lock. Stay away from this hotel and stay anywhere else."

"Pretty disappointed- sister didn’t get to check in till almost 8pm. They overbook and do not have enough room let alone staff to clean the rooms. Towels are scarce. Barely working vending machines. And honestly just overall ghetto. Would only come back for the arcade and go kart. But would deff not sleep here again. "

"Smoke smell was everywhere. Rooms were clean and staff was good. Ordering drinks at the slots was insanely difficult. Drink girls disappeared constantly and you need to flag them down. Nothing but attitudes. That was the worst service. The hotel pool was not in season and mostly closed. Amenities in hotel room were non existing. Still better then hardrock hotel. "
