"Beautiful resort from top to bottom. The room and the views were amazing. The only downside was we went in the beginning of the week and many of the restaurants were closed until Thursday. But Lascala Fire was hands down some of the best Italian food I’ve had. I would stay again and again at Oceans. "

"I really like the command of being able to order valet from your phone. Check-in was easy, extending my room was easy. All of the staff was nice helpful and friendly. The room was nice. I like that they have. I think it’s like an air purifier. Breakfast was good they even had non-pork option. It’s worth the 25. Valet is worth it. And you can literally walk to the mall on the next block over. "

"The room was amazing! Half of the room were all huge windows with great views and the room was spacious. I loved the bathroom because it had a vanity to do your hair and makeup along with a tub I could fit my whole body in and just relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was the best hotel I ever stayed at!! It had every amenity that I wanted and more plus it was "

"The room had no closet. The bed was positioned in a wrong way. The TV is on the left side of the bed. The room had no microwave, we were not able to heat up food. Phone didn’t work, bathtub was dirty, room wasn’t vacuumed and for some reason I was charged $223.43 when the room was supposed to be $108.38. I wasn’t explained the additional charge. Ice machine was also out on the 5th floor"
