"We did not spend the night. They had an outdoor band perform in the yard which is in their court yard that is surrounded by their hotel rooms. Despite being on the seventh floor the band was so loud the walls of our room were shaking. It was 11:40pm and we wanted to go to sleep. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it and the band was going to play until 1:00am. So we packed up and drove home in the middle of the night. Bally’s management said the only way I could get my money back was if Expedia reimbursed me. So because of this horrible experience. I will never stay at Ballys again and I will never use Expedia again!!!"

"During my dog’s final days, we brought him to Atlantic City, a place he loved, to say goodbye to the world. The hotel front desk showed him such compassion and respect, despite his appearance being affected by radiation therapy. It meant so much to us that our family was allowed to share a quiet, meaningful lunch with him in the hotel restaurant. Only two days later, he passed away peacefully.
