"After Hotels .com messed up changing my reservation, and in turn cancelling it, although still providing a confirmation number and booking id; the Hotel staff helped me out greatly by not charging me extra to book a new room for the nights I needed. All staff ai had an experience with were friendly and as helpful as could be."

"I was they for two days the first day this was a fight in the lobby. Two people got stabbed and then the next day I was looking for a bathroom with a changing table for my child. There is no change table there. Everything is dirty and I had to change my son in the floor, so I would never go back there ever again."

We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more .
