The elevator did not work. I booked bc its penthouse and I have an elderly mom with me and she had to walk 4 flights it was a disaster. Place is very nice great view., but should have said no elevator I would have picked a different location.

This is my first time ever renting a property like this and I have to say it was the perfect pick. The cottage is so small and quaint with an exterior out of a storybook. Inside is a modern space with decor that makes you feel at the shore. Seeing a rain shower head and colorful window were just two of the things I loved about this place. Only reason for the review not being 5 stars right now is the air did not work. Luckily it was 75° and is only April so open a window and you’re good to go. Price was great for what I got, will definitely be back again.

First of all there were white stains on the bedspreads dirty fingerprints or some kind of big 12-in circular dirt spot in the bathroom the floors did not look like they had been cleaned very dusty especially under the bed I found a hair on one of the pillows the shower curtain rod is completely totally rusted the trash can in the bathroom completely Rusty and there's a plug at the head of one of the beds that was broken and very loose and it had been smashed into the wall which to me I would think was a fire hazard. I just thought it looked nicer on the website pictures and it wasn't I would never go again nor would I ever recommend it to anybody
