"We stayed two nights at this beautiful house and had a great time. Its proximity to the beach/boardwalk made it very easy to head to the beach and the amenities in the house were top notch. Was a great way to introduce my out of town family to the NJ shore and the Atlantic City area. Property manager was the most organized and well communicating as any I have ever worked with and would go out of my way to look at their properties in the future for a no fuss approach to handling bookings and details on the property."

"We neeed a place near family for an event that could accommodate 5 adults and 2 cars. We not only got that, but a spacious one with picture windows overlooking the canal near the beach, with a laid back and gracious host and plently of room for each of us to relax. The kitchen was fully kitted and the beds very comfortable. "

"The space was perfect for our family with small children. The short walk to the beach was handled by all the kids without a problem. This block does not have a life guard on the beach so keep that in mind. And you will need to drive to everything else. But if beach relaxation is what you’re looking for they have it here! Nice quiet neighborhood! "

"Our family wanted somewhere new to stay.. This home was close to Atlantic City but far enough away to be able to relax. They had provided everything from shampoo to garbage bags. It is so nice to travel and not have to worry about any of the small things. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and two teenagers and two dogs. Brandon was very easy to communicate with. We would stay again and recommend this home to our friends. Thanks for a great vacation! "

"Our family had such a lovely stay at the Bartram Beach House! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was cozy, clean, and incredibly convenient—just steps from the beach and boardwalk. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood but still close to everything we wanted to enjoy: beach sunrises and sunsets, boardwalk bike rides and walks, the bayside playground, casinos, outlet shopping, great restaurants, and even a few corner convenience stores for quick stops.Jason made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and everything was just as described—if not better! The home itself was a pleasant surprise. From the outside, you might not expect how spacious and well-kept it is inside. There was plenty of room for our whole family, with clean bathrooms, lots of closet space, and thoughtful touches throughout. We especially loved the backyard setup—with lounge chairs, a BBQ, and a dinner table—perfect for relaxing and sharing meals together.This house really met our needs in every way during this season of life. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality and all the memories we made. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Bartram Beach House to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway by the beach!"
