"Nice place to stay with a good staff and pretty safe inside the hotel. However, you must be careful when traveling outside of the hotel. Too many homeless people and drug addicts around the property so travel with caution. Otherwise, it’s a nice place with a balcony to watch the entire city. "

I loved the bathroom because it had a vanity to do your hair and makeup along with a tub I could fit my whole body in and just relax. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "The room had no closet. The bed was positioned in a wrong way. The TV is on the left side of the bed. The room had no microwave, we were not able to heat up food. Phone didn’t work, bathtub was dirty, room wasn’t vacuumed and for some reason I was charged $223.43 when the room was supposed to be $108.38. I wasn’t explained the additional charge. Ice machine was also out on the 5th floor"
