Couple minor problems with the room and she was on top of it immediately and even offered to give me another room which I refused since I was only there for one night Anyway. She by far was one of the best office People i've ever dealt with at any florida keys hotels and if I ever open a hotel business, I will be offering her the top management job as this is the type of people you want running your business.
