"This property was perfect for our trip! It's not very big but we didn't need a lot of space because we were only there basically to shower and sleep. (There were 6 adults.) When we were there, we were hanging out in the pool. There were plenty of towels, even beach towels. The beds were really comfy and there were extra blankets, sheets, etc. The dock was nice and big so we had plenty of room for our 28 foot boat. The driveway was also very large so it fit the boat trailer and all of our trucks nicely. My only complaint is the kitchen is rather bare. The very basics are there but if you are planning to cook a lot, I would take my own kitchen stuff. The pots and pans have seen better days and there aren't enough wine glasses or cooking utensils. There also isn't an ice maker in the fridge so that was very inconvenient for us with all of us making drinks. The location of the house is perfect. On the boat, we were super close to both the Gulf and the Atlantic and spent time in both. There are also a bunch of restaurants the are accessible by boat close by. On land we had everything we needed close by, including a gas station and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! "
