"The place is amazing.. the pool front room was on point. The only thing I disliked was for the amount of money spent on the room (which was over $310, and I stayed 5 days) they did not provide breakfast. All meals need to be purchased and they are not cheap by any means. Now I will say that the food was amazing though."

"The room was outstanding. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We were on the same floor as the entertainment/bar, but the noise was minimal and stopped at a reasonable hour. Parking was convenient too. The staff on the front desk were always kind. The house cat, Wilma, is awesome. If there was any room for improvement would be to regularly check the espresso machine. Ours had issues. A K-cup type coffee maker would have been preferred and should be easier to maintain. But there is a small store on the property that had good coffee. Overall, I would highly recommend this location. Very convenient to the Keys whether West or East."

"Nice landscaping and very quiet. Nice pool and water view. Usually in a hotel our dog barks at every thing. It was so quiet we actually slept all night. "

"From the moment we turned into the lush driveway, we knew we chose the perfect location for our vacation! The property is stunning, the accommodations are just as described and the hosts are so incredibly lovely, responsive and helpful. We have taken many trips to the Keys which have all been wonderful, but this week together at this property easily topped our list as a favorite. The views, relaxation and feeling of instant peace at this location can’t be beat! We hope absolutely be back to visit again soon and look forward to many more sunsets and memories at this location. "The view this house has is absolutely stunning! I could stare at the water for hours. All the different blues and greens.The house could use a little TLC but honestly I'm there to enjoy the gorgeous water. The pool needs some painting but nothing that hinders your experience.The house is large and roomy!The beds are extremely comfortable and so is the couch in the living room after a busy days in the Keys ,that's a plus! I walk every morning and the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful.Honestly we had a wonderful time and can't say enough about the View!We sat at the dock every night for sunsets and saw dolphins, sharks, manatees, lots of fish and turtles. Absolutely breathtakingWe had a blast! Blessed to have a beautiful week of weather as well!Frank is very communicative and friendly All in all a great experience"
