"This place has changed in several years. They upkeep is not what it used to be. The rooms are worn and could use an update. The place reeks of weed which needs to be addressed especially that it’s a family resort not a free for all. Which I don’t understand why they are not doing anything about that. Litter everywhere half the crowd is trashy or super ghetto. Definitely will not waste anymore money coming here. Orange Lake for the win for now on."

"This hotel is excellent in all aspects, super clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was good, pool specially lazy river is great. Only complaint I have is the shower. I don’t understand the half only glass protector. We had to put alot of towels on the floor since the shower water was always splashing out of the shower. But other than that everything was excellent. "

"We were only staying one night so an ocean view was not important. They put us in the building across the street and it was terrible. The door had a hug gap, the shelf was falling down, there was mold in the bathroom and the tile that the smoke detector was on was misplaced. Not even sure the smoke detector worked. Checked out after a couple hours because we couldn't stay there. Had to find another hotel."
