"We stayed on the boat house. It was a memorable experience. Kids enjoyed the loft area to sleep. The deck was amazing to spend time watching the waves and the birds. The pool was great. Nice place to stay with family"

"Would stay at Isla Bella again. Beautiful beach and pool areas and overall property very nice. Loved the balconies facing the water. Water bottles during check in with water refill stations all over the property was a nice touch. Plenty of activities to do with 9 and 13 year old: volleyball, putting green, manatees near the dock, lawn games. Overall a lot of kids and families, but not chaotic. Could get pool/beach chairs anytime of day. Staff friendly. In rooms - beds/linens not as comfortable and bathroom toiletries not as nice as expected. Overall liked central location in Marathon. A lot to do and plenty of good places to eat. Wish the marketplace had more grocery / snack options."

"Room was clean but hallways were hot and everything was very moist. Bar wasn’t open most of the tome. The hot tub was freezing. The pool definitely is falling apart. The breakfast was a joke. They tried overcharging us for additional fees. Would not recommend "

" My best experience there was the pool area. The rooms were not that great for the price I paid. The carpet seemed dirty and the AC did not work well. The staff was excellent. I was on a family vacation, hoping to get my kids off my back for a few hours;however, they had a game room many of the amenities were broken or did not work.For the price I paid, I expect everything to work well "

"The house was very nice. Loved the beachy decor. The outdoor patio/pool area was awesome. It would be a little close if you had 8 adults as the bedroom with 2 beds had double beds, not Queens. The manatees came by our dock 3 times. It was awesome to see them so close. "

"The suite / 2 bedroom was nice and clean. The grounds well kept. Everyone was friendly until they wanted us to change rooms. They checked us in and after a little while, long enough for us to settle, start showers and phone calls home, they insisted we move. Said we were in the wrong room. I checked the room number written on the key envelope of the key that was given to me (it was the room we were in) gave me directions; we unpacked, settled, and then started insisting we pack up and move. We declined as we had indeed booked a 2 bedroom suite, which is what we were in. We were confused. Then we were told the other guest would be there longer than we would and needed the room. ??? Such a stressful checkin. Along with this, Expedia did not disclose there would be resort fees $28 per day. So they charged me in addition to what I had prepaid through Expedia."
