Our stay at Hacienda Encantada Resort in Cabo was absolutely unforgettable, and a huge part of that is thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Alejandro C. and Luis C.
From the moment we arrived, both Alejandro and Luis went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. They were incredibly hospitable, genuinely personable, and always professional. Whether it was helping us navigate the resort, assisting with special requests, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, their warmth and attention to detail made a lasting impression.
It’s not often you find staff who treat guests like family while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Alejandro and Luis truly elevated our experience and are a perfect example of the exceptional service that makes this resort stand out.
We can’t wait to return, and we hope to see both of them again on our next visit. Thank you for making our Cabo trip so special!
