"When we got into the house the smoke alarm was going off. We immediately called it in and we were told that someone would be over to fix it. No one showed up, At 10:00 ,My daughter climbed on a chair and took the battery out. No one ever came in the 4 days to put another battery in, or to call us back. Otherwise everything was perfect."
