"Last-minute stay at Rockaway, and this property came up. Booked it only for a night, but from check-in to check-out, it was a great stay. 3rd floor with a beautiful ocean-view room. Love the old-school physical room key, full kitchen with dishes and cups. The only little quirk was that the back half of the room was dark, almost like they forgot to replace a floor lamp in the corner. No worries for us, though. Definitely staying here again next time Rockaway comes up! "

"Beautiful, roomy yet cozy home set on an amazing spot overlooking the beach. We had a truly magical time - hot tubbing, storm watching, and just vibing with the ocean. We’ve stayed in many places in Oceanside since 1998 and this place was the best by far!Place was spotless, beds so comfortable, recliners to watch waves and tv, kitchen well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. We will be back!"

"The room was spacious, clean and cozy with plenty of extra blankets and pillows to accommodate our kiddos sleeping on the futon. I also loved the full kitchen and supplies that were included! We will definitely be back again, thank you!"
