"We rented this with only the two of us and it was great for that. I'm not sure I would want to share with more than 2-3 other people. Loved the location - beach was a half block away and the walk into town was about a 1/4 mile and really nice. We walked in to town several times. We loved the kitchen and table as we usually like to cook our breakfasts and make lunches to take to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking and that is a huge plus and not always the case. We spent the majority of our time on the main living area and deck. It would have been nice to have lounge style chairs on the deck as we love to read outside but if that's the only complaint, that's not too bad."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a short 5-7 walk to the dunes and beach. All the bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are great . The kitchen is well-equipped and all the appliances in the house are new. It is quiet at night. For dog owners; the adjacent street to the east can have cars and trucks but is not busy -- but don't let your dog get there. The hot tub jets are lacking but the setting is great."
