"Nice amenities and great Location plus friendly staff"

"Reserved an ocean view room and got partial view. The pool and hot tub were down upon arrival and my disabled husband was miserable due to not being able to get any relief in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the reason we chose this location. The bathtub in our room didn’t girls water. The staff was amazing. The fact that we paid full price for a hotel and could not access or use all the amenities that we paid for is disappointing and a waste of money. We will not be staying at this location again. "

"Pretty great place ! They were out of dish washer soap so couldn't load up the dish washer and put the dishes away properly. Also, there is rust on the polls connecting to the balcony rails eventually that can get dangerous and needs replaced."

"We loved our stay there, so I gave 5 stars! They are one of the best value stays in the area, and our dog enjoyed it as well (the dog fee is paid at check in, not through Expedia). The beach is close enough to walk to if you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk. FYI, there is no AC, but a fan was available in the room."

"The free breakfast is great, tons of options! So close and convenient to the ocean and everything Seaside. Check in and check out was easy and staff was super friendly. Great value, we return every year."

"the breakfast menu is very amazing, staff is very nice. no view on the bottom floor. the room was very clean but there was water in the ice bucket when going to get ice. no issues checking in and out. very nice staff "

"The property was nice. The walk to the beach was easy. The staff was absolutely great. Parking on the property and on the street. We had a room above the office and right next to laundry. So there was some noise. But bearable. We had a deck with a partial view of the ocean. I'm sure I will get a room with a full view next time. We would come back."

"They are u def massive construction and charging very high prices. It wax frustrating. The rooms they had were the old gross Shilo inn rooms. And I mean Che k the beds for bed bugs kind."
