"Clean room, breakfast coupons n area convenient "

"Room was clean with a decent view of Waikiki cityscape. You get 2 free water bottles but the water tasted musty. So, I just bought waters from the ABC stores instead. Microwaves are located all the way at the end of the hall on different floors so it takes a bit of walking and waiting for elevators. Bathroom was decently clean. The shower head was fairly weak however. And the knobs are not accurate for hot or cold. Water would be cold until I was blasted with extremely hot water trying to find the right spot on the knob. The walls and door are also a little thin. I could hear people going in and out rooms and flushing toilets above me. I was also able to hear mute conversations around me - depending on how loud my neighbors are. Other than that, the staff is friendly and so helpful. The hotel itself is a great location for Japanese food, and good walking distance to Waikiki Beach. The area is also safe to walk around during the day and night. Just be careful of moving cars."

"Good location, restaurants, beach, mall close. Great checkin staff except for the lady outside screaming at people unloading infront of the hotel, even in the rain. "

"Staff was top tier! Super friendly super helpful in all ways! Air conditioning too perfect and cold lol. Breakfast was honestly my favorite! I loveeeed that they had rice as an option! Room was a bit small but I wouldn’t complain, it was just my daughter and I with a king bed with an ocean view, we loved it and had so much fun!"

"The apartment was great, airflow through the apartment meant we didn't need to use the HVAC system (April) and was at the quieter end of Waikiki - helps if you want to sleep. The apartment met the description and photos in the advertisement. It was walking distance to the beach, canal, grocery stores, bakeries, buses, restaurants, food trucks, the Ala Moana mall, and collection points for tours. It was good to have a laundry room a few steps away from the door, which was easy to access and use (helpful to have a credit card or one attached to your mobile phone to operate the laundry and dryer - it is inexpensive). The host is lovely to deal with, responsive, accommodating, and provides clear instructions about how to access the property. He also provided great advice about local spots, good grocery stores, and vehicle rentals."
