"The property is exactly what I was looking for. It is right next to Magic Island, easy walking distance to the beach. The staff and locals were very friendly. The food trucks immediately next door offer good food and reasonable, Island prices. Being located next to the Ala Moana Center means access to most all bus lines to go anywhere on the island. The weekly rates are the best in the area. The property is a little dated, but that's not an issue. You're in Hawaii to see Hawaii, not the inside of your hotel room, right?"

"The room was advertised online as “All fees included,” but be aware that this does not include the resort fee or check-in fee, which can be misleading. While the resort and check-in fees were mentioned in the agreement, as a customer, seeing “All fees included” gives the impression that there will be no additional charges.I asked the host for clarification, and they pointed out that the resort fee and check-in fee were listed in the agreement. The check-in fee was minimal, but the resort fee increased the overall cost to the point where the rate was no longer as attractive.After my first phone call, I was unable to reach a live person again. I left a message, but no one returned my call, which was quite disappointing.Overall, it was a lesson learned. On a positive note, the room itself was nice and clean."
