I did request a room at the back, which has never been a problem in the past when it can be accommodated , but this time the check-in agent told me to be placed in a room at the back meant I would downgrade my booking.
No one has ever told me that before and the rooms at the back are as good as the rooms at the front so it would not have been a downgrade. Still, the agent just refused to even consider it - and that was very strange. "
