All staff were excellent, even the lady that cleans the room asked if there was anything more she could do. overhaul a really great Hotel in the Heart of Wellington city. Very clean, and very well run."

"I chose this hotel on the basis of its proximity to the train station, which is less than a block away. But, the Portlander bar/restaurant (inside the hotel building) was also very pleasant. No complaints."

"For a family group the room we chose, with one queen and two single beds was ideal. The room was tidy and clean. The location is very handy for the Te Papa end of Wellington too. Parking is available for a fee on a first come, first served basis. "

"This was a really spacious apartment right in the centre of the retail district. Plenty of room to walk around and bathroom was set up like an ensuite so very convenient to the bedroom. Plenty of storage and kitchen was well equipped. A short walk to the harbour and plenty of restaurants around. Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse were minutes away. Cupboards, microwave and dryer were too high for me and washing machine didn't have a cold wash because the taps were wrongly hooked up. Apart from that it comes highly recommended."
