"Great location. Would stay there again. Walking distance to many things and UBER was easy to book for the rest. The room was basic but clean. The pillows were horrible feather pillows and the feathers kept poking through -annoying. The music at the 21+ pool was thumping loud all the way up to our 17th floor and beware of the $40 margaritas at the pools."

"Our room was clean but kinda out dated. We only needed the staff once and they were very helpful. My husband and I went because it was our 1st year anniversary and my husband called ahead of time to see if he could arrange something sweet for me like flowers or champagne. The lady he spoke to on the phone, told him that he was one his own for that. I wish they could have had some sort of conceirge service for special requests for an extra fee. But we still had a great time!"

"Very happy with our stay. We booked 3 rooms and had no problems. We had an issue when checking in due to us not realizing that each room needed its own payment for resort fees, per day, but the staff was able to explain clearly and I understood. We also made a mistake when adding the amount of vehicles per room (we added all to one room, then added extra ones per room, so we paid for more than we actually had) but the staff was able to refund us what we needed. Thank you Horseshoe for your amazing hospitality. I always make an effort to stay here or the Paris for this exact reason."

"Our room had a used/dirty towel in it. Only two plugs worked in the whole room. Fridge was not cold. You have to pay $20.00 a day for parking, I did not see that in the listing. Staff was so rude. Would not stay again. So disappointing "
