Arrived at wrong hotel at first. Didn’t realise there are two Holiday Inns at Manchester airport. As a result had to get a taxi there and back.

Bathroom water was leaking into the room. I complained but nobody came to have a look. Upon second complaint after 3hrs then someone came. The rooms were too hot at night there was no temperature control inside the rooms to lower the temperature.

Property had helpful staff and excellent breakfast nice size rooms. Lack of public transport. With a number of hotels in the area maybe worthwhile investing in transport facilities.
