We literally checked in and slept bed was comfy had a good nights sleep, awoke refreshed and ready for our day in Manchester. Room was clean stocked with tea for a relaxing cuppa, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was as good as always in a Novotel, the hotel has had a makeover since the last time we visited.

Pryanka the receptionist went above and beyond to make my late arrival no problem, she extended our stay by one night (because i forgot) turned my anguish into a smile and smoothed a path to a great stay. Very comfortable 2 night stay to visit the RHS Bridgewater which is a short walk away The staff were very friendly and always on hand to serve so well done to all Helpful would be to have the local Taxi number on the wall for the non IT and the local bus stop name so you know where to get on and off there was a good supply of timetables though Eco friendliness is evident and very good to see they care about the environment too would defo recommend
