"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "The hotel and grounds were stunning, and our sea view room with a balcony was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. A dizzying variety of food was offered in the dining room. The outdoor nightly entertainment was delightful."
"The hotel is not finish. The rooms was not even ready with all the sofa inside. The first day men came in and out the door to fix things. It seems to me they were desperate to open before it was not even ready to open. It was still concrete dust on the floor.

"It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn.
The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud.
