Returned to this Hotel for our tenth visit, gets better every time. Luxurious rooms excellent food , fantastic cocktails and premium drinks. Staff could not be faulted , friendly efficient and professional.

Good holliday

The food is very fresh...and the stuff work hard for the guests. Wifi is not 100%...but OK. And if something is wrong...they fix it, so they work hard for the clients. Very good.

Excellent hotel with even better staff and I would return again. If I wrote all the great things, this review would be very long. There are a couple reasons why I can’t give it a perfect score though but they are simple to rectify. The heated pools are at 26 degrees, ourselves and other guests agreed this was probably too cold to relax in and made me regret the extra amount for a swim up room. The AC didn’t go below 22 degrees, we are used to sleeping quite cold and not being able to control this is disappointing and led to slightly uncomfortable nights. Finally, the shampoo given doesn’t lather and didn’t clean my wife’s hair, it’s the first thing we had to buy shampoo on a holiday But I must reiterate, we had a great time there and would recommmend it

Fantastic hotel ,I cannot fault it . The staff are friendly, efficient and very welcoming. The rooms are luxurious modern and clean. The food is extremely good plentiful and varied. The international restaurant and Sandals are of a very high standard. I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and the Barut Hemera is the best .

Family of 3 with a 8 year old kid traveling from US . We did get a room upgrade with sea view . Staff across the property was very courteous and always helpful . As we are vegetarian , food was really good with various options in every meal . We did a few fine dinning options during our stay and the chef went out of way to accommodate our vegetarian and dietary needs . Special curated drinks were made on requests . Evening entertainment was good for kids and adults . Would definitely come back .

My family and I stayed at Barut Hemera during the low season in February. I was concerned about the amenities as our vacation was during winter, but the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of restaurant options, activities and hospitality services. Our kids, 9 and 15, had a relaxing time, spending time at the pool, the sauna and the Turkish hamam. Every meal was amazing with lots of options across cuisines. We also enjoyed the a la cart seafood restaurant called Sandal, which offered a great feast. Lastly, every single employee at the hotel was warm, accommodating and with a simle on their faces. Barut Hemera is going to be on top of our list for our next vacation in Turkish south.

Excellent especially for families with young kids. There's plenty to do. Good food with lota of choices. Only complaint would be that the indoor pools weren't heated to the temperature it was meant to be heated to on the last day of our stay (i.e. to 28 degrees for the adults pool and 29 degrees for the kids pool - the kids pool was actually much colder than the adults one), so we couldn'treally use them for very long at all. With it being the winter, warm indoor pools are a central part of the holiday. Pleased with everything else.

The Check In was so easy, just sitting on the sofa with a drink. We were upgraded to a room with a Jacuzzi, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small but furnished to high standards with daily refilling of the mini bars. The pools were nice and the food was good. Bars were well equipped with quality alcohol. Staff were always nice and helpful. Beach was kept clean and the seats were comfortable. Evening shows were great too! Lots of seating and sunbeds on the grass, in the share also Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again if coming to the region.

Everything I was after I got from my stay here… a modern clean tidy room, an abundance of quality food around the clock and great service & care from the staff. The weather was warm as expected for the time of year so no sunbathing but there was no issues being outside. I got the peace I needed, if I had to find something that would have made it perfect for me it would be a TV that could connect to external devices via WiFi.
