"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all facilities were always cleaned from rooms to pool area and dining areas. Food variety was good. Very convenient as near Land of Legends 20 mins walk. Bus to the beach was always on time. Happy none of us were poorly during our stay. Family hotel definitely recommend. "

"Absolutely huge resort with loads of things to do throughout the day. An array of food choices served all day in different parts of the hotel. Lounge areas very lovely with lots options for drinks and a cute patisserie. Food park was situated in wonderland, where lots of more food options were offered everyday. "The property was very clean and the staff throughout were very warm and very welcoming. The only issue I had was the fact that I have paid for a family room so that my brother who was already in Turkey can stay with me. I was made to pay extra charges, as it was difficult for them to understand that no one would pay for a family room [ with a space for 4 people ] for one person! I ended up being charged twice. Expedia was extremely unhelpful to resolve this issue, which added to my frustration....
