"Auf den ersten Blick ein schönes Hotel aber nach 8 Tagen Aufenthalt ist es ja bei den hohen Preisen nicht zuviel verlangt dass das Zimmer gereingt wird. Selbst im Pool waren Essensreste von über 1 Woche drin und Sand. Kinderpool war zu kalt und die rutschen mehr als gefährlich. Essen war leider jeden Tag das selbe und Fleisch war teilweise nicht durch."

"Unprofessional rude service and stuff. When I arrived they didn’t see my reservation. Had to wait then got room with no towels no hair dryer, asked multiple times for hair dryer or towel or iron. Never got it. Next day they said they don’t accept visa cards and they want CASH and kept harassing me asking for cash cash cash. The lady manager grabbed my bag then grabbed my hand asking for cash. I had to leave because I didn’t feel safe and they started to harras my friend asking her for cash...

"I have stayed at many 3, 4, and 5-star hotels around the world—including in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the USA, and Canada—but this is by far one of the best. The hotel has a stunning beach in Incekum and multiple pools, including indoor options. The all-you-can-eat food is excellent, much better than what I’ve experienced at other hotels. Another great feature is that the property is connected to three sister hotels, and guests can enjoy all the amenities across them. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. Unfortunately, we had to return to Canada because of my kids’ school, otherwise I would have gladly stayed another week. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families"
