"I chose this hotel because it had a 10 rating and the pictures looked nice. Upon arrival there was nobody in the reception to receive us and when she arrived she wasn’t welcoming at all. For the 2 days stay there was never anyone at the reception. There was no handle on the inside if the bathroom so getting out was difficult. The wifi connection was weak. "The experience was generally good,the staff assisted within their capacity to accommodate my needs. The Hotel in itself needs some renovation and update of facilities.The Manager responded quickly to change my room to an executive to compensate for for priori discomfort in another less priced room.That was indeed great."
