"I booked this place but it was a scam although the place exists. After arriving from the UK to the place in Ghana, the security didn’t allow me and my family to enter inside the complex, telling us that no caretaker has informed them of their ur arrival. I phoned the number left on the website for this property countless of times but it was not connecting. So in the middle of the night my family and I had to look for another place to stay. "This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. "I had a fabulous stay at CK Suites Hotel and apartments. All the staff Tina, Priscilla, Janice, Charolette etc were super friendly, helpful and really nice. The property looks so much prettier in person. It was clean, quiet and still central to other places in Accra. The staff cleaned the rooms really well. I had a good time staying here and will recommend it to anyone. The staff treated me like family, anything I needed they were able to assist. I miss them, and will stay here whenever I’m in Ghana again."

"The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note the location is a good one for the area and the staff went out of there way to help with us with additional towels, and wifi set up."
