"The location was excellent for what I needed, and the room was decently clean. The staff were incredibly kind, and super helpful. It was easy to access the facility outside of the common hours. They had decent facilities overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good stay in a location that is accessible. "

"The room was clean, but very small. The pictures on Hotels.com don't seem to be of the actual hotel. The image shows a balcony, but there were no rooms with balconies in the hotel. The windows in all the rooms are perpendicular to the street, so the views are all of the buildings on the sides of the hotel so we had a view of drycleaners ironing and folding clothes. That said the hotel was very clean and easy access to our points of interest."

"Clogged Sink , internet not strong enough so could not work from my room, entrance door squeaky noise, broken hand shower, stinky bedsheets, old and noisy A/C, super old furniture"

"The Millenium staff was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and courteous. The location was the big selling point. Right in Time Square and walking distance to shows and other sights. "

"loved our stay at Arlo Midtown. we were arriving after midnight and the hotel accomodated this with staff available for a very late check in. Attentive and helpful staff throughout the stay. Really great location too. The bed was extremely comfortable and although the rooms are small, they make use of the space well and it didn't feel boxy. Shower pressure excellent. We will stay again!"

"Room was clean and house keeping was on their job from Day 1. WiFi kept dropping so really didn’t get to enjoy that. Grab and go breakfast was horrible. I ask the staff for water after they gave me a bay orange juice. She said I could only get one drink per ticket. The main good perk was how close the hotel was to time square. "
