"It is definitely an older hotel; overall, great option hotel for Lincoln Square. Lots of food options and shops around. The hotel is foodless, no snacks, drinks, nor breakfast. My only upset is that the entire hotel lacks microwaves. I had most of my amazing lasagna from Cafe Friellos stored in the fridge but no way of heating it up. Bummer."

"The staff were great and we were highly satisfied with the excellent location of our hotel. However, our room was not cleaned/tidied the second night of our stay. We watched the cleaning staff enter the room that same morning so unsure what happened."

"The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive whenever needed. Loved the quiet room, the cozy lounge, and the yummy breakfast available in the bake shop. Only suggestion might be to have a cozy chair in the room. Aside from the desk chair, there was nowhere but the bed to sit on."

"The room was clean and comfortable and in a good location. One of the elevators was not working which made the wait for an elevator long. Fortunately, I was on the 3rd floor and could use the stairs. The stairwell looked as if it hadn't seen a cleaning in a while. The staff was very friendly. I would choose this hotel again. "

"Not at all what it looks like in the the photos! Old stained carpets, non working TV in 3 rooms (that we were moved to), old, saggy mattrasses, dirty stained lamp shades and dripping faucets. One room had entire AC control panel missing from the wall. $79 fees for parking from the site, where it really only $46 with hotel vouchers. Most of the staff is nice enough, but does equal to any type of nice and comfortable stay"
