"The house was clean and well equipped. All the rooms were a great size allowing our party ( including teenagers) plenty of space for family or alone time and was well furnished. As we were in the middle of a heatwave the host had also provided desk fans which was greatly appreciated.The location was great, a few minutes and you were on the beach.Parking was easy for our two large cars on the drive, we could have fitted at least another two. The garden was also a great size with a shed where we could store any beach items.The host was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay which really helped.Overall we were very happy with the property and our stay there."

"Exactly as described on the website. The Retreat had everything you needed. Lovely place very clean, host very good and was around if you needed him. Trampoline was a bonus as were sheep in nearby field. Very comfy beds and would return again"

"Easy to find site, easy to find caravan. Good prior, during and post stay communications from owners.Parking right outside caravan. Everything you need in caravan for cooking. Great wifi and freeview tv.Caravan heating was great. Sofas comfy. Private waterside plot. Ducks and other birds always outside. 2 toilets.Site entertainment was really good. Best ive seen and ive seen a good few. All hired in rather than entertainment team. Friendly staff and residents.Swimming pool is small but not crowded due to booking system. Beer reasonably priced.Didnt do kids entertainment as ours is 8 going on 15 so would rather not.Will definitely rebook as would normally stay in Travelodge in Hastings on our twice yearly visits but this was so much better."
