"We really enjoyed our stay at Anne's House. The hosts were kind and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was simply delicious - we'd certainly stay here again if we're back in the area."
"A lovely old hotel with beautiful features inside.
The only which I was a bit uncomfortable with is the road to the rear of hotel which was a bit manky and a lot of rubbish "
"Lovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again. "
"We enjoyed our stay at Bannatyne spa hotel. The executive double room was spacious and relaxing with a queen sized bed. The spa/leasure facilitates were very good. Just a shame we had to pay extra for that. "

"We enjoyed the room decor, comfy bed and lovely shower.
Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and helping keep our bags on both our arrival and departure days too. "
"Absolutely fantastic stay - we loved everything about our experience and hope to be back! Breakfast was incredible, and we appreciated lots of little thoughtful touches at the property. Highly recommend!"
"Absolutely wonderful, went above and beyond to help with a last minute change. Room was immaculate, everything you need and the location could not be better, 2 minutes to everything we wanted!"
Waterloo Terrace -Historical luxury apartment in heart of Old Town with balcony.
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely property and more spacious than the pictures appear. Check-in was easy - just some keys in a couple of lock boxes, the front door is down an alley next to the antique store. Location was fantastic, and we had no problems during our four night stay. We parked at Rock A Nore car park the first night, then moved it to the Bourne car park which is slightly closer but much smaller (no spaces when we arrived). We used the loading bay on arrival and actually used the road at the other end of the alley to load on departure (because the loading bay was busy.Bed was comfy, and only complaint was noisy floorboards (to be expected) and the occasional nail head sticking out of a couple of them! There is a nice little balcony out of the bedroom patio doors, no sea view though."
Huge 6 bedroom house, near beach, cliffs & Old Town, 180 square meters
8/10 Good
"We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). The property was generally tidy, there were a few spiderwebs which luckily didn't have any spiders. If these were removed it would enhance the experience. Parking proved somewhat challenging on the recommended road due to its narrowness, especially with an SUV and two vehicles. Consequently, we opted to park around the corner, where it was more convenient and felt safer. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and found the location to be great. "
"Another wonderful stay with Tracy. Tracy is a fantastic host, breakfast is delicious and the guest house is very welcoming. Plus it’s in a superb location."
"Close to everything! Easy walking distance from the train station, minutes from the town centre and beach. My daughter and I have stayed here twice now and we had the same twin room, which is perfect to crash after crazy golf, fun in the sea, shopping and dining! The receptionist was nice and polite, and although we didn’t eat or drink at the hotel I could see a good selection of beverages behind the bar, and the breakfast room looked nice. For the price, this is a great option for a budget getaway. We will come to stay again, thank you!"
