The rooms are perfect! Beds are so comfortable. The staff goes out of the way to make you comfortable. So helpful. Book a massage! They come right to the room. 1 out of 10, I will give them a 12. Also, great location!

Our second stay at this hotel and it was even better! He restaurant is fabulous for a special breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff is professional, personable and very helpful. Great tips on places to visit, entertainment and places to eat. Madrid is a great city to visit and this hotel made our stay perfect. We will be staying at this hotel again soon! Gracias!
