Wonderful stay with a very large room, unbelievably comfortable bed and large/double shower bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room cleaned twice a day (spotless). Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Madrid

Service was above and beyond. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we could have have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were beautiful. Very clean the showers were great and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also outstanding.

A treasure in Madrid!!!

CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha was an amazing stay. I will be staying there anytime I am in Madrid. The room was amazing, clean, and the staff was beyond helpful. My original flight was canceled after I was already at the airport, and I called the hotel back, and they were able to squeeze me into another room for an extra night! Superb customer service!!!

Two bedroom superior suite for family was quite large as were the bathrooms. Beautiful ornate finishings. Staff were very nice and helpful. One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had.

The staff was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. The rooms were well appointed with thoughtful things for travelers including, hair irons and tools, converter plugs and chargers. The staff sent over cava for the adults and cookies for the kiddo! And a special sweet treat local to the area for Easter .. overall lovely stay and close to everything!!!
