Excellent hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Location is excellent, walkable to main attentions and a metro and bus stop no more than 400 metres away. Lots of places nearby to shop and eat. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel is good value for the money. It’s simple and clean. Breakfast was good but limited choice which got a little boring for a weeks stay. Location was ok. We did end up taking the subway everywhere. The only real issue was the incessant banging during the day from renovations or something.

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.

The reception and maintenance staff were amazing! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. They took care of our luggage and souvenirs while we completed the pilgrimage to Santiago, and everything was in perfect condition when we returned.
