"As soon as we walked into the home we were blown away with how clean and how spacious it was! There were more than enough amenities, activities and our favorite was the screened in deck. Not only was there a screened in deck but there were equipment for all water activities! No once did we have to look around for supplies. Our 2 pups were obsessed with the lake and sitting on the deck looking at all the birds. Keep in mind that downtown Conway is literally a 5 min drive away! I truly cant say...

"Arrived at 5pm check in (latest known check in ever) and the code given did not work. Had asked for a 3pm check in and was declined. Mosquitoes carried us away as we waited for check in correction. Was given “emergency check in” code and used that during stay. Smelled something as we sat on couch and saw huge hairball and other yuck on floor next to couch. "This hotel does not disappoint. It's in a good location, convenient to numerous destinations in the North Conway area. The staff there were excellent and very happy to help with a couple of things I asked for. My room was quiet, very clean and comfortable, with a lovely mountain view. The hotel offers a buffet type breakfast and the quality of the food served was good and cooked items were fresh. The only negative here was that I had to pay for breakfast, it's not included in the nightly room rate. However, it was only $10 extra, so cheaper and easier than leaving the hotel and finding a real restaurant to get breakfast at. There is plenty of parking available at the rear of the hotel. Checking in and out was quick and easy. "
