"Overall a good stay, property is in a quiet area. Not much to do in Santa Cruz which is nice. I did the half board option and honestly would skip it next time. The food was basic cafeteria food, par at best. "

"Great location , easy access to downtown Funchal .. the shuttle service made it easy and convenient. The property is clean , people are friendly. The food is FABULOUS! Totally worth it , can’t wait to visit again ! "

"Hotel is situated on a shore of the ocean, so through bedroom windows and balcony we saw only ocean, waves and had magnificent view. Food was excellent in the restaurant, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spotles. Highly recommended to everyone!!!!"
