"Bar was good but the weather was Rainey and cold so the hot tub was not on "

"Pools were very cold. Staff were hit and miss, some excellent some not. Had an issue with the room bill which took time to fix and they weren’t very apologetic, not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Room was good, could have been cleaner and the spec was cheap. Restaurant was overpriced and extremely slow but the view was amazing. Nice hotel but don’t expect 5 star anything, much more of a 4 star experience. "

"Lovely atmosphere without any kids. The hotel was fully booked but didn't feel crowded. The deluxe room was worth it - lovely coffee from the coffee machine and a little bar/fridge & robes. The location was a short way uphill out of the town but in a nice area and not a long walk for anyone with reasonable fitness, There were plenty of buses. You could walk downhill to a bus stop and get off further uphill on the way back. There was also a hotel minibus into the town. We had a great stay! "

"The mountain view and Ocean views were impressive. Excellent service, food, great waiters - the best and so neat the city centre. Beautiful hotel and staff. Clean and great facilities with infinity pool and spa."
