"Great property. Only two of us on this trip, the house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. But we like our space. Property is impressive. With lots of polished wooden floors and staircase. View is fantastic looking down onto Funchal and the ocean beyond. Access into the gates with a car is tight especially when driving out. Also some roads are steep and narrow. "We loved our stay at Pedro's and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Pedro was a very friendly, helpful host. The apartment was very clean, with everything needed for a holiday stay. The roof terrace was ideal for lazy days and evening drinks. It is an easy walk into the centre of Funchal and the walk back is not a problem, but would recommend a taxi (4-5 euro) if retuning from supermarket. Thank you Pedro 😁"

It is a fairly new house with everything you would need supplied.There were 4 of us and we had lots of room. The one unique thing was a free standing lookout in the backyard which overlooks Funchal. "It was a nice place to stay within our budget! Judite was great and everything was clean, worked, and felt safe. Judite even accommodated out late arrival - 12:15 am! On the other side, we were aware there was no air conditioning but the apartment often got quite hot and muggy. While the parking was an excellent accommodation, it was quite a tight fit after a precarious drive uphill. All things considered, would absolutely book again!"

The apartment was clean but was dated and gloomy as there was only one window which was in the living area, the bedroom had no natural light or ventilation.
