"Madeira friendly house is located outside the main Funclal city. It is a 20 minute walk(downhill) from the Old Town , and a 15 minute bus journey from a stop 50 meters from house. Views of City are spectacular. House is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the location but it may not be suitable for some people."

Next to nice seaside resorts (Punta Gorda, Lido) and great walks, not far from the bus and supermarkets. "Very nice, spacious and comfortable house, well equipped, with a wonderful garden and a stunning view over the city and the bay. The access to the property is a bid complicated. Don't enter the dead end road which leaves to the principal entry. It is extremely steep and narrow. Ask for the alternative parking spot around the block (but still near to the house)."
