"The flat was clean and well appointed. My only negative comment was that I am very sensitive to scents and there were heavily scented products and incense used which I had to wash / put away in order to be fully comfortable. I would definitely stay again though! Property management was quite responsive when we contacted them for advice regarding the cooker."

We recently stayed at another VRBO property and learned that they are not all kept in an immaculate condition- have no concerns with this one, it’s pristine, beautifully fitted out and very relaxing as a consequence. "Apartment was lovely - they had thought of everything, but what then let it down, was the use of cheap blinds that were almost see through and poorly fitting, and no curtains in the bedroom! There was also an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be damp. The apartment was really well thought out and very comfortable, but just let down by those 2 things."

The kettle we had there did not work as it had a massive crack in the bottom which ment it, the blinds in the living room had several pieces missing and the blinds in the bedroom were not the right size for the window meaning that you could see out of the window when lying down which made sleeping hard when there's a...

"Not fit for family with small children, rooms were smelly possibly were not used/ lack of ventilation. We stayed in the loft room and sleep was disturbed as it was raining and there were plenty of noise of drops on loft windows. Also, noise from main road. "

"Apartment lovely but we couldnt get the buildings front door code, despite trying to contact the owner and vrbo. It meant once we were in, we couldnt go anywhere"

"Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . The inconvenience of having to find alternative place to stay and still waiting for a refund .sorry not acceptable "

"We booked and paid for 9 rooms at this property through VRBO. One of the team turned up at the property to find that there were no rooms - this property has not hired out rooms since October 2022. Still trying to get a refund through VRBO. Avoid at all costs!"
