"Perfectly placed little hotel. Very central, but also nice and quiet and comfortable. Lovely staff and very nice morning coffee. Hope to come and stay again sometime."

"Staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating to all our needs."

"Just like home."

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"It was a beautiful property and location. I’d definitely go back. Barbara, Julien and Dad were the most wonderful hosts. Thank you!"

"The staff were very attentive and friendly and the facilities were good including the spa and breakfast."

"This place is spectacular and the staff is top notch!"

"Staff were as incredible as anyplace we have stated. Grounds and hotel room simply immaculate and gorgeous. Far exceeded our expectations."

"Very nice stay - we will definitely be back."
