The hotel is very well located. It's within walking distance of many places, and it's very quiet at night. Silvia was very friendly and gave me information about some places to visit. My room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would like is for the person checking in after the scheduled time not to shout. My room was in the reception area, and some guests arrived, and they were all shouting as if it were a contest to see who could be the loudest.

We loved the location close to the wall walking path. The staff (Sonja) was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice (TV, Bathroom and firm mattress) (we could have used some hand towels). The breakfast (continental) is not included in the price which we may have overlooked. The area is quiet as well.

We loved our stay at this hotel / B&B. Walking distance from trainstation and located nearly in city center. Lucca is worth a stay. Great to walk around. We were warmly welcomed. Quiet area, bed good, bathroom and shower good, airco works properly. Small fridge cooled our drinks. We would certainly recommend a stay here to our friends!

Great location and a very comfortable room for three adults for one night. Very helpful staff and great facilities. Free tea/coffee was available in the dining room until 6 pm. The continental breakfast was very good.

Lots of charm

The place was centrally located. Walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean breakfast had a variety of choices for everyone. I would recommend to any family and friend for their stay in Lucca.

It was perfect: quiet, friendly staff, spotless, great breakfast daily, not too far from the train station, downtown Lucca for shopping, sightseeing, dining. I'm sorry I didn't stay longer, honestly. But I will return.

The room was immaculately clean, the staff was very helpful and polite and the breakfast was great. They kept replenishing the breakfast so even if you went right before it ended there was still plenty to choose from.

The check in was fine but thereafter we were on our own. The shower drain was clogged and it became difficult to use without water overflowing on to the floor area. The part time receptionist was lovely and helpful with recommendations but after her shift no one was at the site. Street parking was not available and we had to pay extra for the hotel lot. The air conditioning did not work well as we could not adjust the temperature. The location, like everything in Lucca was fine.
