"This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge."

Minutes from Target and Safeway for groceries, close to Office Max for business printing and other needs. Reliable free internet. Every other day housekeeping. Room key can be on your smart phone. Lots of considerations to make the hotel stay eco-conscious. However, be aware some Expedia rates include one night charge for any changes or cancellations. No on demand movies. I would definitely pick this for a central location in the corridor up and down the east side of the Rockies. "
