Cozy Suite for Two with Personal Hot Tub and Fireplace

Updated in 2019. Relax on the deck or in your personal hot tub. Unit 14 is a cozy single-room, ¾-bath suite with a queen bed, loveseat, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and deck with table, chairs, and gas grill. Enjoy cable TV and free DVD movie rentals or explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests three miles away and your stay includes complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps two.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside Knoll Resort. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was wonderful to enjoy the hot tub as well. Highly recommend this place to friends.

Great Spot

We loved our stay! It was the perfect spot for a couple and 2 dogs in the winter! Close to the park entance. The hot tub was clean, warm, and private and perfect to sit in in the snow and 0 degree temps! The cabin was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable! It is small, but was perfect! We would recommend and stay again!

Great Little Cabin

Great little cabin for exploring Estes Park. Only a few miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, and a few minutes from down town. The place was cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. The private hot tub was super convenient and reasonably private.

Fantastic Stay

The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The hot tub was immaculate! Close to downtown but far enough as to avoid all the traffic. We come every year for the Irish/Scottish Festival and would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for 2 people. Great location. Had a window not able to open and reported it, and maintenance showed up very quickly. Linens were replaced promptly when needed. Would stay again on our next vacation.

Great little cabin

Cabin is cozy (single room + bathroom) but comfortable, good amenities (oven, microwave, dishes, good-sized fridge/freezer, TV with DVD player) and hot tub is great. Very close to Estes Park downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. My wife and I had a blast and will be coming back.

Great Hot Tub!

We stayed in Estes Park for a couple days to spend time in Rocky Mountain National Park. The location was close to both downtown & the Fall River park entrance. It is cozy, but has plenty of room for 2 people. The hot tub & little outdoor area was really nice! It was nice to be able to sit outside at the little table & relax in the hot tub during the cool mountain evenings after a day of hiking!

I enjoyed my stay. It's close to Estes Park town and the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property was clean and serviceable, if a little dated. That's the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars overall.

Cozy Getaway Great Location

Property was in a great location, very close to a lot of Estes Park draws. This cabin is right off the road, but it's tucked a bit behind a corner and surprisingly obscured. Property was clean upon arrival. Only drawbacks were the heat indicator on the shower being reversed, and the off array of dishes and cookware. Overall great weekend getaway.

Heavenly retreat

the property was clean and roomy. everything you would need as if you were home. close to RMNP entrance station. enjoyed walking along the river and on occasion would spot an Elk. Loved this place and would stay here again. Hot tube was in working order, clean and hot. Easy to check-in code provided in advance just show up and open the door.

We were upgraded to a different cabin due to a gas leak in the fireplace. The upgraded cabin was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location to town and the park were ideal. What we experienced in the short 2 days we were there surpassed our expectations.
