"The hotel is very nice and the room is spacious and clean. There are a lot of shops and restaurants across the street. When we stayed there, there was a water main break so there was no water for a little bit. But the hotel did a great job communicating, gave everyone water, and made sure everyone still felt comfortable. After all, it wasn’t their fault there was a water main break. The manager Jonathan was so kind and helpful!! He really showed us that he cared. I also really liked the bar / restaurant downstairs and the arcade lounge! I would definitely stay there again!!"
