Location is great. 24 hour reception is good. The basement hotel suite was a nightmare. Every person entering and leaving the property sounded like elephants. Rising damp and leaking windows added to the poor experience.

Our stay was disappointing in that there is no AC at this hotel. Bed was pretty firm. Staff was very nice. The threadbare carpet going upstairs was a first clue. It was more money than our other hotel across the street and unfortunately it nearly as nice.

Lovely location near restaurants, shops all in walking distance The rooms are very spacious and a really comfortable bed The only issue I have there was no bottle water in the rooms , there was tea, coffee etc there and a kettle but no water ? Thank you so much for a lovely overnight stay Definitely will be back .

Closer to the tube. Ships and food minutes away. Older building so no elevator or a/c. Read amenities lists carefully. I missed the connection between not wheelchair accessible with the elevator issue and we were on the 3rd floor (4th by US standards) with heavy luggage and no one to help. Fans were provided. Rooms are small but clean. Shower was on the smaller side.

Nice solid hotel in Earls Court area. Close to supermarkets, the tube, pubs etc. I do have to note there is no loft though so if you have a suitcase it’s not easy hauling it up three flights of stairs.

Staff was incredibly nice and the check-in/check-out process was simple. It was nice to be able to drop off my bag before the room was ready and I was able to check in an hour earlier than expected! The room isn't particularly big, but it was more than nice enough for a single night stay like I did. Close to the Earl's Court station and near a lot of wonderful food places, which made my short stay worth it.

The hotel is very quaint - great location and fantastic customer service. No elevator though!!!! We stayed in the 4th floor so keep that in mind but the room was huge with a BIG bathtub - you feel inside a Harry Potter book in that room! we all had a great time -
