Location was very convenient- Underground station nearby, lots of bus stops, and the British Museum was a few streets away! The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Would recommend to anyone that is coming to London. Very central location. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
It is very hard to find this place b/c Expedia has it as one name and google maps has it as another. Overall the place was nice, on a very busy street. The breakfast was very nice.
We had an amazing time staying at this Hotel. Very clean, modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fantastic location, so central to everywhere and great transport links. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back!
This was such a disappointing stay.
The hotel was completely refurbished in July 2026. Throughout the hotel it felt new and fresh. The room was small but cosy, the bed and billows were comfortable and was really looking forward to a good nights sleep…
I just didn’t get that. My room was 309, overlooking Southampton Row and I couldn’t sleep for the constant noise of the traffic. The windows alone simply do not cut out the noise, they need an internal window to dampen the noise outside.
In addition, the air conditioning (which was super effective and made no noise) is facing the bed, so all night you are blasted with cool air, but turning it off, with the heavy duvet, is a no - great product, poorly positioned.
Aesthetic gets the thumbs up, but I’m staying on business and just want a clean room and a good nights sleep. I got the clean room.
Stunning hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Rooms were recently refurbished and lovely clean and quiet.
Location was great! 20 min walk from Euston and 10 min walk walk to the west end.
Bed was so comfy! Didn’t wanna leave it. Great coffee machine and shower was really nice!
Only thing is there wasn’t towels for two of us and reception did bring the towels a bit later but by then my friend had already showered.
