Great location and simple check-in. The property was very clean and comfortable, with all the bits you'd need to feel at home. The only issue was the kettle that had a terrible leak, and the coffe machine was loud and tricky to operate.

Excellent location and fab value for money. Clean and tidy apartment with great facilities. Just bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as location is right next on street.

Pros location Cons - bathroom size was super small (can only go in one direction) - host did not provide a blanket on request - we stayed there for 7 days but the place wasn’t cleaned (this wasn’t clearly mentioned on the Expedia booking) - sink was almost clogged - very limited cutlery provided

Hot, stuffy, cramped, and very loud with micro-bath flat was atrocious. Suggest any alternative is better even with low price.

The apartment looked a lot better in the photos, the balcony was misleading you have to enter the balcony through crawling through a window. The road is very noisy, windows are not double glazed. The apartment is also noisy with what sounded like Elphants living above and doors slamming. R The bed feels like something you would sleep on in prison. Toilet flush broke, the house keeper very helpful and quick to sort but then kept breaking, and we just wanted to be left in peace so we ended up manually flushing pouring water down. The location is great very central and close to portobello market. If you are happy with student type accommodation then this is right up your street. Needless to say we will not be staying again.

Ok, but won't be back

clean room, good quality towels, room was rather cold with no posssibility to adjust heating, hot water ran out after one shower. Room on Ladbroke Grove and rather noisy with traffic - windows not well-insulated. Woken 3 hours prior to check out by cleaner coming in - totally unacceptable and avoidable. Fact that there was no possibility to store luggage after check out time (11.00 am) a definite disadvantage

Great value, close enough to everything. Like many other reviews, there is some traffic noise, so if that affects you don't stay here, it didn't affect us and we would stay again.

Emplacement très bien Une personne est venu pendant la journée ou l’on était absent et a degueulasse l’appartement et à utilisé nos wc (plus de papier) Une seule fourchette dans la cuisine pour un appart couple... Très très bruyant ! Horrible séjour Les personnes tenant l’appart hôtel n’a pas donné suite à mon mail en ne sachant pas quoi répondre... Vous proposez cette établissement et au prix où ça coûte c’est la pire expérience....

Great base for exploring Notting Hill.

Very well located, spacious and well appointed studio. More space than you would expect. Quite a bit of road noise if you leave the window open but overall well recommended.

Disappointed

The apartment was in a good location for what I needed and the communication was good, so getting in etc was fine. Although the key on a key ring would have been better. It was clean and modern but the bed wasn’t that comfy and the shower was a bit tired. Also, when it said Kitchenette, I thought there’d be an oven but it was just a microwave. But I managed to get a pizza delivered by Deliveroo without any confusion so that was a bonus! But unfortunately, it was the noise that let it down. Not sound proofed at all and the front door needed slamming in order for the lock to engage and each internal door was equally as noisy. A dog barked ALL night on my first night and on the second, someone arrived at 1am in the room next door and proceeded to bang there suitcase against everything and then roll it around their room for the next hour, SO frustrating!! Oh and it seems that anyone Italian wants to shout and sing constantly, whatever the time of day!! This wasn’t ideal for sitting exams on little sleep. I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately as i’ve realised I prefer the safety of a hotel.
