This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location
We did not get the premises till 6.30 , as they had cleaners cleaning the place. We arrived to receive the keys and was told that the code was invalid, and then after long calls was told that the cleaners are at the property and they will give the keys. When we got their, they were busy cleaning and took time and missed few things to clean. They only gave us one key. Made our stay very difficult to operate, as the key holder had to wait for the other people. The late key delivery made us late for the event we all had planned to visit. The show started at 5 pm and we could only get to the event by 8.30 pm. So we need compensation for the late delivery and messing the weekend. Regards
