Beautiful hotel very well maintained and clean. I don't normally like to stay in hotels that have pubs or bars downstairs but there was no problem here. Almost no noise from downstairs or the street and it's so useful to be so near the tube station (you can see the station from the front door of the hotel). And a useful bonus to have free parking out the back in a reasonably secure car park.

A excellent stay always at this Hotel which is located next door to Harrods, staff service is sensational and very helpful.
Fabulous food at the Hotel restaurant in a stunning setting.
Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone but if you are travelling with a lot if luggage you night like to check your room size, the smallest single rooms are not as big as some but beautiful rooms.

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The hotel is in an incredible location, a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and shopping in Mayfair. The rooms appear to be recently renovated and are just lovely - the bathrooms are a bit dated, it would be good to see them modernised. All of the staff are fantastic, this was some of the best service we have ever experienced in all of our travelling. Super accommodating, will even help you make reservations and purchase tickets to events. We...

We had an apartment in this hotel to cater for 3 adults. We found the apartment up to our expectations. It was very spacious, with good facilities. We had a security safe in our room,
as well as a spacious wardrobe. The security was good as a Hotel card was needed to access the lifts to our floor. We found the Hotel staff very helpful when we needed advise.
We were able to access the Hotel via the District Rail Line which joined up with the Metro..

This was a fantastic property and felt very "boutique". Perfect loacation. The room was clean and airy with just about everything we needed.
Would have been great to have a small bar fridge though in the room

My husband and I stayed for one night and loved our stay. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by staff at the bar. We had 4 suitcases and in no time we had 4 different male staff members taking our luggage up one flight of steep stairs to our room. Later when we went downstairs to the bar we were made to feel very welcome. Couldn’t fault this property. Thank you.
